This hotel is small but it has its good value. It is close Hanoi train station and many good eating places. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They told us where to buy local sim card. Breakfast was also good and had a variety. This hotel is good for business travelers. Highly recommended!!!

Standard hotel, sufficiently clean, conveniently located, with easy access to some local attractions (Train Street and the Prison for example). The breakfast was nice and locally influenced (e.g., noodles, fried rice, pho soup, fruit and yogurt).

This hotel to be avoided. 1) located in so narrow a lane that your bus cannot enter it and so you end up at the hotel entrance with lugging all your luggage yourself. 2) Our Room 601 had a balcony opening to the narrow lane but nothing to see 3) the breakfast served is very low quality in terms of taste and variety 4) the hotel lobby is so small that most times one has to stand waiting for your tour operator to collect you.

Very helpful staff near Old Quarter with walking distance to many restaurants and markets. Clean rooms and very good hot breakfast including pho, fried eggs, fruit, etc. Attentive breakfast staff kept everything stocked. Front desk was very helpful choosing and good booking the perfect Ha Long Bay catamaran tour which exceeded all our expectations. It is not a real catamaran so don't think that you have to lie across netting. It is a real boat with inside dining - excellent 5 star food. They had a cash bar. They also put you on a small rowboat with local ex-fisherman to see the caves and help these fisherman make a living with tips. Definitely recommend and would stay again next time!

Terrible is the word! I usually don’t write reviews but after reaching the hotel that too around 3am, if I am writing a review then you can understand how disappointed I might be. LOCATION: 1- Pathetic and cheap looking hotel which isn’t easy to find and the roads to reach the hotel are blocked due to some major construction since long. Can you imagine, we were sitting on the road, driving haywire for 2 hours with the cab driver who couldn’t figure out the way cos of this mess. AMENITIES and AMBIENCE; Equally poor, cheap looking dingy rooms, cleanliness below average. Mouldy bathroom ceiling, no iron or ironing board. It was suffocating to stay indoors. Truly disappointed in myself for trusting the good online reviews and booking the hotel last minute. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Yet to figure that out fully. However, so far it’s been below average- no remorse, didn’t even understand how annoyed we were with the inconvenience faced and gave us a pathetic suffocating room. If this is customer service then I have no hopes. Overall: don’t go if you want to spend quality time, you’ll spoil your experience of visiting Hanoi. I would never ever visit or stay here.
